Instructions
Remove toe warmers from the outer packaging and then remove the protective foil. Apply the adhesive side of the warmer to the top or bottom of the sock. It only takes a few minutes for the warmers to reach their maximum temperature, so they should be left to breathe for several minutes before use. You will have comfortably warm feet for up to 6 hours.

To avoid burns, remove Thermopads immediately if heat becomes uncomfortable. Avoid direct skin contact. If the contents become exposed, avoid contact with eyes or mouth.
