Orders can be received both in the Burusports store at Gaujas Street 7, Riga, and with delivery throughout Latvia. More at Delivery information section.

The dimensions of the selected goods do not correspond to the dimensions of parcel terminals, it is
not physically possible to place the goods in them.


Orders can be paid for in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer. See the Payment delivery section for more information.

Return is possible in 2 ways:

Burusports is an authorized representative of all our brands, therefore in all warranty issues, visit
Burusports store at Gaujas Street 7, Riga on working days from 10.00 to 19.00, on Saturday from
10.00 to 15.00 together with the full set of goods and purchase confirmation document.

Contact us by phone or e-mail, attaching a picture with the damaged product / incomplete
shipment, or visit the Burusports store at Gaujas Street 7 with the product and purchase
confirmation document.

All products have a 2-year warranty, but the manufacturer may specify a shorter, longer or no
warranty at all. Irrespective of the purchase, the buyer acquires the right to submit claims to the
seller regarding the non-conformity of the product or service within 2 years from the moment of
making the purchase.

In warranty cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

In case of approved warranty by manufacturer, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items for replacement, we despatch the replacement goods to you free of charge.

Online orders

Yes, we accept reservation of goods by phone, ONLY with reception and payment in Burusports’s
store at Gaujas str 7, Rīga

Such orders are reserved for 3 days, they are canceled by e-mail notification

Full information about orders created in the online store is available in “My account” or in e-mail sent by us after online order is made.

If the order has been paid for, inform about it by phone or e-mail, to which a fill-in form for a refund
will be sent.
