ORDER PICKUP AT STORE

Free order pick up in Buru Sports store, Gaujas str 7a, Riga working days 10.00 – 19.00, Saturday 10.00 – 15.00.

  • When receiving orders placed in the online store, the order number and identity document must be presented.
  • If the ordered item (s) is / are in the store, the order can be received on the same day.

PARCEL TERMINALS & PICK UP POINTS

Order delivery to parcel terminals to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.

Payment options: bank transfer.

Delivery time in Latvia: 1-5 working days; to Estonia, Lithuania: 2-9 working days.

Delivery costs in Latvia from 2,95 €; to Estonia, Lithuania – from 4,95 €.

Note:

  • Order delivery to Omniva parcel terminals available if package dimensions don’t exceed 39 x 38 x 64 cm and weight of 30 kg.
  • Order delivery to DPD parcel terminals and pick up points available if package dimensions don’t exceed 61 x 44 x 37 cm and weight of 20 kg.

RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT AT OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL

  1. You will receive a notification via SMS / e-mail when the order is delivered to the parcel terminal;
  2. At the parcel terminal, enter the received door opening code on the screen;
  3. Omniva parcel door to the compartment where your shipment is located will open.

COURIER DELIVERY

Delivery to Latvia and all EU countries with courier.

Payment options: bank transfer.

Delivery time in Latvia: 1-7 working days; To Estonia, Lithuania: 2-10 working days; To other EU countries: 5-20 working days.

Delivery costs in Latvia: from 6,95 Eur; To Estonia, Lithuania: 9,95 €; To other EU countries: from 15,95 Eur.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Our delivery partners operate during normal business hours;
  • When receiving an order by courier, a signature may be required, so please choose an address where you can receive the order at any time. In Latvia and the Baltics, it is possible to indicate part of the day where delivery is desirable;
  • Orders are handed over to the most appropriate courier, taking into account the delivery address, estimated time and package size;
  • If the courier cannot reach you during the delivery, the delivery will be attempted again on the next business day;
  • We would like to point out that courier deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. If the delivery time specified in the order falls on weekends or holidays, shipment will be delivered on the next business day;
  • EU deliveries are not eligible for additional toll and/or customs costs;
  • The specified delivery time from the store to the arrival of the shipment at the destination – parcel post or address. If the product has to be sent from the manufacturer, it is indicated at the product page or separately informed in communication with the customer.
